Binaural Beats Meditations For Really Deep Brain Meditation

Binaural beats meditations are a great way to help your meditation easily reach new heights. Binaural beats can be programmed to take your brain into various states of meditation (depending on the outcome you want to achieve), such a a creative state or a deep brain meditative state.

At the theta level, binaural beats can coax your brain into the same state that you'd achieve whilst you are in deep sleep or also an ultra deep meditative state.

If you haven't come across binaural beats before now, they play two marginally different frequencies into your two ears and are often "hidden" by nature soundtracks or music. Because there's a really, really small difference between the frequencies of the two beats, your mind tries its best to resolve that difference. When it does this, you will naturally drop down into the particular brain state the beats have been designed to produce. So theta binaural beats will take your brain down to the theta level.

If you have binaural beats software available on your computer, you will be able to program it to meet your exact needs. The frequency range for theta is between 4 and 7 hertz.

When your brain reaches a theta state it starts to produce endorphins. Endorphins are opiates that are produced naturally by your body. They are produced after vigorous exercise or when you've reached a state of elation or heightened excitement (no prizes for guessing when that could occur!).

If you’re considering a theta level binaural beats meditation program, you may find that you’re one of the many people who need less sleep once they start using the program regularly. Reports have shown that you're likely to need between one and four hours less sleep every night.

Theta binaural beats have also been shown to help people to learn quicker and easier, so if you're studying for exams they're well worth investigating. Various studies on theta binaural beats have shown that their use can improve your brain's memory capacity. So if you've been "stuck" on your studies, check out a theta level binaural beats MP3 to assist you.

Whatever your reason for choosing a binaural beats meditation, I think you’ll enjoy the ease and simplicity of using this method.

Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple acupressure technique for releasing negative feelings.

You feel negative feelings in the body, so you have to go to the body to work on them.

You can release a negative feeling right now with this video. If you’re stressed you should find yourself more relaxed after this video, and feeling more able to deal with whatever is stressing you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How hard should I tap?
A: Tap lightly, just so that you feel it. The purpose of the tapping is to bring your attention to different parts of your body, it actually works if you just imagine tapping – as long as your attention is drawn to the right points.

Q: How can I be sure I am finding the right points?
A: Use two fingers to make sure you cover the points. Sometimes the point will ‘feel’ right, as if there is a slight indent in the skin or the point is particularly sensitive. It’s all connected so you don’t have to be 100% accurate.

Q: You have missed out points that Gary Craig teaches!
A: Yes. Feel free to tap those too, I left them out to keep the video simple and it seems to work fine without them. If you find the video doesn’t work for you, try tapping the additional points – around the top-middle of the head, and just under the armpit.

Q: Is the sequence important?
A: No. You can tap the points in any order. In fact you only need to tap one or two of the points for each particular feeling. It’s just you have no easy way to know which point so you might as well tap them all.

Q: I am a skeptic! / You are a charlatan!
A: Thanks. Tapping is perfectly explainable scientifically but it does go beyond most people’s understanding. It really does work though, and the best way to prove that to yourself is to try it and watch your negative feelings disappear.

Meditation Made Simple: 5 Easy Ways To Meditate

There are lots of different ways that you can use to meditate.

Each way has roughly the same result, it’s just a different way to reach that result. Much the same as you can probably change your route to work – you’ll reach your destination, possibly a bit slower or faster, but you’ll still reach your destination. Take a look at these easy meditation methods and choose the one that you prefer.

Walking meditation

This is an exceptionally easy way for you to meditate. Of course, you’ll be aware of what’s close by and what is going on around you. The beauty of a walking meditation is that you can use time that would otherwise be wasted. Plus no-one else need know that you’re meditating, which can be a benefit when you’re starting out. With a walking meditation, it’s a good time to pay attention to how you feel in yourself as well as what is near you. If you have a regular walk that’s around 15 to 20 minutes, that’s great. And even better if you can stay away from distractions such as the noise of traffic, although if you’re in a large city that may be easier said than done. If there’s a local park, choose that. Or a riverside walk may be worth exploring. Then take yourself for a gentle stroll. Make sure that you notice the noises and smells. And, of course, also pay attention to what you see. You may find yourself noticing the vivid colors around you for the first time.

Breathing meditation

A breathing meditation can be as easy or as difficult as you want. at its simplest, find yourself a quiet place where you’re likely to be undisturbed. Begin to take deeper breaths than normal. Breathe in long, slow, deep breaths. If you feel comfortable, hold in your breath for a short while before releasing it. After that, breathe slowly out. Repeat this a number of times – start with 5 or so repetitions and build up to more. This is an easy meditation that can be performed almost any place {and will leave your body more relaxed} and ready for the rest of the day.

Binaural beats meditation

Binaural beat meditations operate by playing two slightly different tones – one into each ear. They are usually disguised by music, natural sounds or anything else the author chooses. When your brain hears the two different tones, it is placed into a meditative state. The precise state will be a function of the frequency the binaural beats have been set at. So long as you know that the science going on in the background “works”, you don’t need to think much more about this. It’s fantastically simple and it’s the meditation method I personally use to reach a very deep state of meditation just by listening to an MP3 file for 30 or 60 minutes.

Cosmic meditation

This has become popular in the UK as broadcaster Noel Edmonds attributes his recent come-back to the process. It is also related to the Law of Attraction, popularized by the movie “The Secret”. Cosmic meditation involves reaching a meditative state and then asking the cosmos to “deliver” something into your life. You send your intention to the cosmos (whatever that intention is) and then put your focus elsewhere whilst you wait for your intention to be returned to you. Cosmic meditation usually takes the form of a guided meditation and is sometimes also referred to as Cosmic Ordering.

Guided meditation

A guided meditation can be performed in person or by listening to an MP3 audio file. There are lots of pre-recorded guided meditations available on the internet and places like Amazon. They cover all sorts of topics from general relaxation through to healing and contacting your higher self. Generally, a guided meditation will last for between 20 and 60 minutes. You’ll normally start with a relaxation period to help you get the best from your meditation session and it will then go on to whatever subject you’ve decided for this particular meditation. So if you’re playing a guided meditation to connect with your higher self, you’ll maybe be guided to fill your body with a bright white light or maybe some healing sand (which then drains out of your body, cleaning your body as it leaves). Each guided meditation is different – find someone who’s voice is good for you to listen to and follow them!

Deep Tissue Sports Massage

Deep tissue sports massage is a massage
technique that is commonly used in sports. It is used to help the
athletes to stay limber and flexible and yo help prevent injury. It is
one of the most important types of massage you can learn.

Deep tissue sports
massage is a very important form of massage, it is generally used
before, during and after athletic events. The purpose of this massage
is to prepare the athlete for peak performance. Deep tissue sports
massage manages this by draining away fatigue, loosening up the
muscles, relieving swelling, and! reducing muscle tension through the
body.

It is important to realize that
because each sport has different demands on the body, as a result a
large part of how you should give the massage will depend on the type
of sport the athlete participates in. So there are a few different
massage techniques that are incorporated into the deep tissue sports
massage.

The Techniques of Deep
Tissue Massage

The lower body is a
great place to start if you are trying to learn how to give a deep
tissue massage. You basically want to start by using your fingertips
and then begin incorpor! ating your hands, elbows, and knuckles.
Whether you are planning to become a certified massage therapist or
just want to learn how to give a deep tissue sports massage to a
friend, the process is really not all that hard.

The best idea, especially if you have no experience in massage
therapy, is to get a trained professional to help you out. They will be
able to help get you started, show you the tips and tricks of the
trade, and make sure that you are doing everything correctly. Also, if
you want to have a career in massage therapy, the only real way you are
going to get a decent number of clients is by getting certified.

A career in Massage Therapy is not only an enjoyable career
where you meet lots of new people, but it is also very financially
rewarding. Although it means you would have to undergo the required
training, it will definitely be worth it in the end.

Every tradesman even a great
masseuse and lets face it, this is a trade needs the proper tools so
make sure you choose a good massage oil.

The deep tissue sports massage is a type of massage well worth
learning, and actually necessary to learn if you want to make massage
therapy your profession. Even if you just end up massaging people you
know here and there, this will be one of the best things to learn.
