			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Getting 8 hours solid sleep seems to be an essential factor in reducing stress levels.</p>
<p>Now, I don&#8217;t know about you, but I very rarely get this much sleep.  I may be in bed, but my mind is churning over the day&#8217;s events and planning for tomorrow.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m seriously going to try and get 8 hours for the following reasons:</p>
<ol>
<li>Reduced blood pressure and a reduction in stress hormones floating around inside me.</li>
<li>It slows down the natural aging process by enabling my body to repair itself.</li>
<li>Less inflammation in my cardio system and, therefore, less chance of developing heart disease.</li>
<li>I&#8217;ll become slimmer as my hormone levels that control appetite start to balance out.  I know that I eat and drink more when I&#8217;m under pressure.</li>
</ol>
<p>Quite an important list, wouldn&#8217;t you say.</p>
<p>Go on, give 8 hours of sleep a try for a week and see what the difference is.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll report back on how I&#8217;m getting on!</p>
