Thanks for all of the great tips! I have been taking the Vidazorb probiotics because of the many ways probiotics are being shown to help (including weight loss) with so many conditions! Since they have helped our son’s allergies and Eczema so much, I decided to give them a try and have really read a lot of info and studies. We also eat a lot more fruits and veggies and avoid processed foods as much as possible. I love your humorous insight on this as well, thanks
