Here are some simple [tag-tec]tips to relieve stress[/tag-tec] as it builds up throughout the day:
- Get up slightly earlier in the morning and take your time going to work. This can get the day off to a better star
- Try to invest in a [tag-tec]natural light alarm clock[/tag-tec] so that you wake up gently and gradually (especially in the Winter months)
- You MUST take a decent lunch break to give your body a much needed rest and to lower your heart rate
- You know that queues are always LONG, don’t you? So, just accept it, allow slightly longer to get things done and don’t fret
- Try to avoid the rush hour by walking or cycling home, if possible. Do this at least a couple of times each week and you will be removing yet another stressful moment from your life. Hey, it all adds up!
- If you’re watching TV at home in the evening, then do just this one activity. Try not to have the radio playing at the same time and the laptop sat on your, erm, lap!
Yes, these are simple steps, but they work like gangbusters.
